We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist.
Job description:

• Establish and maintain relationship with potential and existing customers.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, attend medical operations and give technical support for health care professionals.
• Perform the needed budgeting & planning to achieve the agreed upon target.
• Monitor competition activity and keep updated information regarding competitor’s products, prices and services.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge with regards to his/her assigned product and the competitors’ product.
• Build and maintain positive work relationship with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Participate in conferences for doctors and medical staff.
• Maintain hospital stocks and ensure availability of products whenever needed.
•  Perform hospital stock count.
• Follow up on POs, invoices and documents related to his/ her account.
